1. Pan card & Aadhar Number of the intended Buyer has to be submitted mandatorily with this Booking form, otherwise the application will not be considered.

2. The Intending Buyers has applied for the registration of the plots/Flats with full knowledge and subjects to all laws, notificaons and rules applicable to this area, which have been explained by the company and understood by the buyer.

3. The intending buyers has fully satisfied himself/herself about the interest and the little of the land. He/She understand all limitaon and obligaons in respect of it and does not have any objecons.

4. In the case of cancellaon of the registraon before and aer allotment 50% of the amount or Rs.1,50,000/- whichever is higher will be forfeited. Balance Amount Will be returned to the applicant only aer the sale of booked plot/Flat or aer 180 days from the dated of cancellaon.

5. In the case where the plot is being put on hold via token amount ,the same shall not be refundable Any Amount below 10% will be considered as Token Amount.

6. In case of delay in any payment (Booking or further ),the applicant(s) shall pay interest on the amount due @3% per Month. In case of installment plan, if he/she tends to cancel the booking aer installment is due ,he/she shall bear the interest of the hold period for which the plot was booked.

7. The Company Shall have the right to effect suitable and necessary additions/alteration in the plan/layout/size/ location. The area and measurements of the Flat/plot/villa/Kothi may vary at the me of possession (Subject to approval of respective Govt. Authority),The increase and decrease in the size will affect the cost accordingly.

8. The Company reserves its right to cancel the registration/allotment, notify & amend the condition of cancellation at any given me. if the future payments are delayed by one month (Here also clause no.(4) will be applicable).

9. Alloee would be liable to bear all taxes /Stamp duty charges/fees/other charges ,as applicable).

10. The applicant(s) shall execute the standards plot/Flat Allotment & Buyer’s agreement as and when desired by the company on the Company’s standard format as may be applicable and decided at the relevant me .

11. All dispute ,if any ,will be under Jurisdicon of Delhi Only

12. Any Payment in the Form of cheque/DD/Cash shall be deposited only in the Accounts division located in the company Corporate office. The Company is not Liable for any payments made to an individual/Groups other than to your Assigned Accounts Officer (Details menoned in the Allotment Leer).

DECLARATION

1. I/We declare that I/We have read & understood the above mentioned terms & conditions of the project and shall abide by them.

2. The Plot/Flat allowed to me by the Company under the rules shall be acceptable to me/us. I/We shall have no objection.

3. In case of Cancellaon of registration done by me/us or by company.I /We shall accept the deduction made by the company as per rules.

4. I agree that the measurement and area of plot/Flat required by me/us may vary at the me of allotment as per the Govt. rules and Availability.

5. I/We here by declare that all information on the application form have been given by me/us are true to the best of my/our knowledge and belief.
